I’m looking for a role where I can leverage my skills in UX design and digital marketing to improve user experiences, streamline processes, and create intuitive solutions, and am excited to contribute my skills to projects that emphasize both creativity and data-driven decision-making.

My journey has spanned across multiple fields, from Education to UX design and digital marketing. Each step has helped shape my ability to observe user needs, problem-solve creatively, and collaborate across teams.  I have enjoyed the challenge of creating plans, spaces, and experiences to meet people’s needs & goals. This has allowed me to develop key skills in observing behavior, building relationships, anticipating challenges, ideating solutions, and effective communication.

• Education: I spent years as an educator and administrator, managing teams, developing impactful learning experiences & trainings, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth operations. These experiences taught me valuable skills in project management, communication, and stakeholder relations—all of which transfer seamlessly to digital careers.
• Digital Marketing: Running my own online business allowed me to blend my design skills with marketing. I built and managed a website, created engaging social media content, and used Google Analytics to drive data-driven decisions that boosted user engagement and conversions.
• UX Design: I completed an immersive bootcamp where I gained hands-on experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating intuitive, accessible designs. I’m passionate about using systems thinking to identify pain points and craft effective solutions.

I’m excited by the opportunity to work with research, ideation, and empathy to design solutions that make a meaningful impact. My background in digital marketing has only deepened my understanding of how design and strategy come together to create user-friendly, high-converting digital experiences.

Nature Lover

I’ve always loved nature. I've worked at summer camps in Colorado, run my own nature camps for children in Austin, collaborated with Austin Families in Nature to provide outdoor experiences for families, and created the Niksen Nature blog to promote mental health through unstructured time in nature.
